Delivery during NATO Summit

You probably haven't missed the fact that the NATO summit is being held in The Hague at the end of the month. Although this is only a two-day summit, there will be disruptions to parcel deliveries in this area throughout the week.

Closed area: The postal codes concerned: 2500 to 2599.

Area difficult to reach: The relevant zip codes: 1000 to 1499, 2000 to 2899 and 3400 to 3799.

All orders from the postal code areas listed will be postponed between June 22nd and June 27th and will only be processed after Saturday, June 28th (business orders will be postponed from June 21st onwards). This is because we anticipate chaos at our service points and a very large number of returned packages that will not be collected. Package tracking will also be poor during this period. We will ship consumer orders as much as possible on Monday, June 30th, with delivery the same evening. Business orders will be shipped on June 30th via PostNL/DHL.
